    2025 Tax Clinic
    Dates and Locations

    These clinics are for the 2024 tax year only.

    Multiple years cannot be accommodated at the clinic. Call us to book a separate appointment to complete multiple years.

    PROCESS FOR 2025

    You can either make an appointment to have your taxes done while you wait
    or you can drop-off your taxes at our clinic locations.

    Clinic

    • You must call (289) 640-1929 x104 or (705) 432-8654 x104 to make an appointment at one of the clinic locations listed below.
    • When you come for your appointment we will take your taxes and complete an intake with you.
    • Once the intake has been completed, we will process your taxes and e-file them with the Canada Revenue Agency.
    • Then, give you a copy of your taxes and all original paperwork.

    Drop-off

    • No appointment or call necessary. Just walk-in to the clinic.
    • We will take your taxes and complete an intake with you.
    • Once the intake has been completed, we will process take your taxes off-site and complete them.
    • We will e-file your taxes with the Canada Revenue Agency.
    • Then, return to the tax clinic the following month to pick-up a copy of your taxes and all original paperwork.
